Nitor Energy is seeking a proactive Junior Financial Controller to join the finance and accounting team in Aarhus. You will own recurring financial operations, collaborate across the business, and grow into a broader role as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on defined tasks with support when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring financial operations including reconciliations, invoice processing and payment management.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Finance & Accounting and other business teams; coordinate with internal and sometimes external parties.
• Prepare financial reports and statements with high accuracy.
• Contribute ideas for process and system improvements and support their implementation.
• Build understanding of our financial systems and data to troubleshoot and improve your work.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the Finance and Accounting team.
