Job summary

VERO MODA is seeking a Junior Buyer to join our Buying & Design team in shaping commercial collections. You’ll support the buying process from product development and supplier dialogue to orders, production and delivery, working closely with buyers and designers to move ideas into products.

You will gain hands-on experience with product development, supplier negotiations and production follow-up, while learning how product, price and quality connect to commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fashion industry within buying, product development or sourcing.
• Strong interest in product, trends and the market.
• Structured with ability to manage multiple styles, orders and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with systems, data and administrative processes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product development in close collaboration with buyers and designers.
• Use sales performance, product insights and market trends to support the buying process.
• Work closely with suppliers on samples, quality, prices and timelines.
• Create and maintain styles, purchase orders and relevant product information in our systems.
• Coordinate and follow up on samples, production, orders, deliveries and deadlines.
