Job summary

CoreStruct Solutions seeks a Junior Preservation Architect to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. You will assist with preservation and restoration of historic buildings, supporting senior architects on site visits and research.

This full-time role offers visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, shows strong attention to detail, good communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Preservation Architect to join our team in Kolding. As a Junior Preservation Architect you will be responsible for assisting with the preservation and restoration of historical buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1600$.

Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior preservation architects with site visits surveys and research on historical buildings


• Create detailed drawings and plans for the preservation and restoration process


• Collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure proper implementation of plans


• Monitor progress of preservation projects and provide updates to clients


• Conduct research on materials and methods for preservation work


• Maintain accurate documentation of all projects

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field


• Knowledge of architectural history preservation techniques and building codes


• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other design software


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Candidates must also have a valid work visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship.

Preference

Although not required preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with historical buildings or have completed internships in preservation architecture.
