EG A/S through EG Digital Welfare seeks a skilled Support Consultant to service public and private organisations across Denmark. You’ll provide technical and functional support for our IT solutions and handle inquiries by phone, web, and email, building strong customer relationships.

You’ll speak Danish fluently in daily interactions; English is used within an international organisation. Training, AI workflow improvements, and collaboration with product teams form part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in product or technical customer support is preferred but not required.
• Fluent Danish for daily customer interactions; English within an international organisation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
