Job summary

InCommodities Asset Management is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and secure our Microsoft-based environment in Aarhus. You will own the day-to-day operations of MS 365, Azure, Entra ID, and endpoints, while coordinating VPN, remote access, and network services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations and/or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, including device administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (including Exchange Online), Azure AD/Entra ID, and identity/access management.
• Proven ability to provision and manage virtual machines in cloud and/or on-prem environments (e.g., Azure, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with device management tools such as Intune, MDM solutions, Autopilot, or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Familiarity with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, or similar).
• Experience with IT security standards (e.g., NIS2/ISO 27001), containerization, or Kubernetes (e.g., AKS) is a plus.
• You’re fluent in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Run and improve our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, including Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management
• Operate our corporate network and remote access, VPN, Wi-Fi, secure remote access, and vendor coordination; explore modern approaches such as ZTNA and SASE
• Manage device lifecycle end-to-end: provisioning, configuring, securing, patching, and offboarding laptops and mobile devices for new and existing employees
• Strengthen our day-to-day security posture, through identity and access management, baseline policies, and supporting security/compliance initiatives such as NIS2
• Automate recurring infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Terraform or similar tooling
• Ensure systems are monitored, documented, and reliable, keeping both uptime and transparency high (runbooks, inventory, and clear ownership)

What you’ll do

You’ll be part of a small, newly formed infrastructure and platform team, taking hands-on responsibility for keeping our IT environment healthy, secure, and ready for growth. Day-to-day, you’ll:
