If the idea of working to create a sustainable energy future also moves you, we may very well be the right place for you. We're looking for a Senior EUC Specialist to join our Global End User Computing (EUC) and Operations team in Aalborg. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, technology-driven energy trading business where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our traders, analysts and corporate users have a seamless technology experience. You'll be working at the frontline of IT support, providing hands‑on assistance, resolving complex technical issues, and helping to continuously improve our end‑user computing environment.
As part of a global team, you'll work closely with colleagues across Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Service Management and Application Support to deliver a secure, reliable and high‑performing workplace service. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to support business‑critical services while contributing to strategic technology initiatives and modern workplace transformation projects. Please note: This role requires daily onsite presence in our Aalborg office and flexibility to work shifts between 08:00 and 18:00.
As a Senior EUC Specialist, you will act as a trusted technical expert and escalation point for end‑user support issues, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Provide 2nd Line support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, peripheral, collaboration technology and meeting room‑related incidents and service requests, delivering exceptional support to business‑critical users, including traders and front‑office teams operating in a fast‑paced environment.

Manage device provisioning, hardware deployments, operating system builds, software installations, technology refresh programmes, and endpoint management activities.
Diagnose and resolve issues across collaboration platforms, printing solutions, mobile devices and workplace technology services.
Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles and ticket records within Jira Service Management and/or ServiceNow, collaborating with internal technology teams and third‑party vendors to resolve complex issues.
Contribute to workplace technology projects, operating system migrations and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience, service performance and operational processes.
Delivering exceptional customer service.
Taking ownership and accountability for issues.
Maintaining a strong focus on operational stability and user experience.
Building positive relationships across both IT and the wider business.
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve services and processes.
Supporting the business with professionalism, integrity and a can-do attitude.
With a passion for technology and customer service, you enjoy tackling technical challenges and delivering a high‑quality support experience. Your ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders helps drive successful outcomes. Taking ownership of issues comes naturally, as does balancing independent working with close collaboration to solve problems and improve services.
5+ years' experience within a 2nd Line Desktop Support, EUC Support or End User Services role.
Experience with Windows Autopilot and modern device deployment technologies.
Experience supporting meeting room and AV technologies.
Understanding of endpoint security and compliance technologies.
Experience supporting users within a business‑critical environment, such as energy trading, financial services or another high‑availability industry, would be highly advantageous.
