Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking an IT Delivery Lead to own planning, coordination and execution of products supporting our dairies worldwide. You will lead a portfolio of IT products, balancing project work with ongoing technical delivery, in a global IT & Digital Manufacturing organization.

You will collaborate with the Head of Product and Architecture Partner to set direction, manage external contracts, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT delivery, operations or engineering/project management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Structured planning skills and big-picture delivery focus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for a range of SC IT products
• Conduct Product life cycle management
• Build product lifecycle strategy in collaboration with IT architects
• Ensure delivery aligns with business outcome targets, SLAs, and KPIs
• Plan and deliver developments with IT digital manufacturing and Supply chain teams
• Manage external service contracts and ensure service levels
• Apply adaptable delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
