Qualifications

• At least 3 years of formal people leadership experience.
• Strong experience leading complex technology products in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business and financial mindset with ownership of budgets and investments.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR tech ecosystems.
• Experience in product-led organizations working with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
