Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking an IT Delivery Lead to own planning, coordination and execution of products supporting our dairies worldwide. You will lead a portfolio of IT products, balancing project work with ongoing technical delivery, in a global IT & Digital Manufacturing organization.

You will collaborate with the Head of Product and Architecture Partner to set direction, manage external contracts, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.

• Structured planning skills and big-picture delivery focus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

We are looking for an IT Delivery Lead to take ownership of planning, coordination, and execution of the products supporting our dairies worldwide. IT & Digital Manufacturing is the biggest IT area with responsibility for more than 60 IT products where you will lead the delivery of initially 5-8 products, covering both solutions and services.

How You Will Make An Impact

As an IT Delivery Lead you will play a key role in ensuring that deliveries and operations meet agreed expectations and business outcomes. You will act as the central facilitator across product teams, balancing both project-based work and ongoing technical delivery. Together with the Head of Product and our Architecture Partner, you will help set the direction and transform the area from a project-driven organization to a product- and value-focused delivery organization. Your key responsibilities will include

Responsibility for a range of SC IT products

Conduct Product life cycle management

Build product life cycle strategy, in close collaboration the IT architects,

Ensure delivery aligns with business outcome targets, SLAs, and KPIs

Plan and delivery developments on the products in close collaboration with the IT digital manufacturing team and the Supply chain business.

Manage external service contracts, ensuring agreed service standards are consistently met

Apply and adapt delivery methodologies to suit the task, ensuring a pragmatic and fit-for-purpose approach

You have basic experience and understanding of IT delivery, operations or engineering/project management. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders will help drive our transformation journey. You maintain a big-picture view of delivery, focusing on orchestration and team enablement. You thrive in an international setting, where collaboration and excellence go hand in hand. Further, you possess a structured work approach and good planning skills. We are likewise looking for

A basic understanding of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Automation area, IT Delivery frameworks, (ex ITIL) - SLAs, and KPIs, Managing vendors, contracts, and external partners

A flexible mindset with the ability to adapt methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to different contexts

Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
