Job summary

project44's Global IT Services team is seeking an IT Automation Engineer to own automation across HR, Finance, Sales, and Security, while building two internal platforms from the ground up. This hands-on role requires ownership and incident readiness, with deep work in Workato, Snowflake, NetSuite, and Azure services.

You will design, build, and operate the internal Project Registry and an AI spend governance platform, ensuring production readiness and governance through documentation and robust

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining iPaaS workflows with Workato.
• Strong SQL/Snowflake knowledge for data workflows and quality.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP data models and integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Experience with identity platforms (Azure AD/Entra ID) and SSO.
• Hands-on with Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Ability to own automation & incident response in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workato platform, recipes, connections, and AI agents across systems.
• Co-own UKG Pro Azure AD joiner/leaver automation and SSO coordination.
• Maintain finance system automation (NetSuite, Salesforce) and data quality.
• Develop internal platforms: Project Registry and AI spend governance.
• Design for production readiness with rate limiting, kill switches, and governance docs.
• Triage helpdesk, incidents, and security/compliance workflows.
