Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management, CMDB or infrastructure operations.
• Strong structured, detail-oriented work style.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Clear communication across functions and stakeholders.
• Proficient English, written and spoken.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and drive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete and accurate asset inventory.
• Ensure high-quality data and resolve discrepancies.
• Reduce unknown/unmanaged assets over time.
• Drive automation of asset onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure integrations with IAM, CMSB, monitoring, patching, backup and security tooling.
• Enforce standard onboarding/offboarding playbooks per asset class.
• Define and govern end-to-end asset lifecycle standards.
• Align lifecycle processes across Network, Server, Cloud, Security, and Monitoring teams.
• Own standards, lifecycle definitions and data quality.
• Collaborate with Service/Platform owners on operational performance.
• Ensure projects engage Asset Management before go-live.
• Provide cross-functional coordination and clear documentation.
