Responsibilities

• Review current IT and network infrastructure.

• Review lifecycle management and supplier relationships.
• Identify dependencies between Infrastructure and other teams.
• Create a draft Infrastructure Roadmap for 2027.
• Develop a draft Service Catalogue and an annual activity plan.
• Document findings and provide practical recommendations.
