Job summary

Pandora A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Specialist, Retail Operations – Inventory Process & Control Excellence to strengthen inventory accuracy, ensure operational compliance, and reduce losses across markets.

You will investigate inventory discrepancies, develop practical controls, and translate findings into improved procedures and dashboards, collaborating with Finance, Retail Operations, and Global Security to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in retail operations or related fields.
• Experience investigating variances, shrink, or cash issues.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills, including root cause analysis.
• Experience developing SOPs and process documentation.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory accuracy and compliance across markets.
• Analyse adjustments, exception reports, and cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies, fraud, refunds, and discounts.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and control frameworks.
• Produce dashboards and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Security on investigations.
