Job summary

CityHub Copenhagen is seeking an Interim Hotel Manager to cover a 6-month leave at our Copenhagen location (210 Hubs and 5 Rooms). You will lead operations, oversee CityHosts and housekeeping, and uphold CityHub’s service standards while integrating our tech-driven guest journey.

Based in Copenhagen, you will drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with suppliers, and ensure safety and Danish regulatory compliance. Fluency in English required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of hotel management/operations experience.
• Fluent in English; Danish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for overall performance of CityHub Copenhagen.
• Manage and train CityHosts and housekeeping.
• Monitor service quality across the customer journey.
• Maximize revenue via upselling and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate operations and liaise with suppliers.
• Serve as first contact for partners and facilities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Danish regulations.
• Champion tech-driven guest journey with hubs and wristbands.
• Oversee budget, P&L, and staff scheduling.
• Inventory management and maintenance oversight.
