Job summary

DTU Healthtech in Denmark seeks a Scientific & Innovation Coordinator to drive coordination of the EU project EXOAIM and support spin-out activities. You will liaise with partners across electronics, energy storage, and transistors, manage deliverables, and ensure clear communication.

Based at DTU Lyngby Campus, you will lead workshops, schedule meetings, monitor progress, and help raise the project’s profile within the department and beyond.

Qualifications

• MSc, PhD or equivalent in a STEM field or project management.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-partner research projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience running meetings and workshops, managing stakeholder engagement plans, and maintaining project control processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain integrated project plans for EXOAIM and spin-out activities.
• Define milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations, update timelines and communicate changes to partners.
• Plan, schedule and run cross-partner technical and management meetings, focused workshops, training sessions and steering committee meetings.
• Prepare agendas, circulate pre-reads, capture minutes and action lists, and drive closure of actions.
• Monitor equipment, coordinate purchase requests, shared facility bookings and provide technical and scientific support.
