Job summary

Sund & Bælt is seeking a Project Completion Coordinator to oversee the coordination, review, and handover of project completion documentation for major infrastructure works. You will ensure documents meet contractual, quality, and handover requirements and support timely milestones.

You will collaborate with contractors, consultants, quality teams, and project management to maintain traceability, track progress, and drive completion activities across work packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant infrastructure/construction project experience.
• Experience with project documentation, quality documentation, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review of project completion and handover documentation submitted by contractors.
• Review as-built and completion documentation for completeness, traceability, and compliance.
• Track progress, actions, and gaps across work packages; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to close documentation issues.
• Maintain completion registers, review trackers, status reports, and handover readiness metrics.
