Job summary

Tryg’s CISO Office seeks an Information Security Specialist to own management reporting and governance presentations. You will craft material end-to-end, involve stakeholders, and ensure content quality and up-to-date baselines.

The role also improves workflows and documentation while contributing to awareness and crisis communications. You will join the Nordic IT Security team, collaborating with the CISO, driving reporting concepts, and supporting incident communications across Denmark, Norway

Qualifications

• Experience with management reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to executives clearly.
• Experience improving workflows, processes or documentation, with a structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CISO's management reporting and all governance presentations from first draft to final quality check.
• Develop reporting concepts: metrics, formats and evolving boards' questions.
• Map and document workflows and internal processes, keeping documentation structured and current.
• Contribute to training, awareness campaigns, and communications planning.
