Job summary

Tryg is seeking a specialist to lead management reporting within the CISO Office. You will craft presentations for governance bodies, ensure content quality, and keep baseline documentation up to date.

You will also develop reporting concepts to improve cycles and oversee internal communications and awareness work. The role involves streamlining workflows, documenting processes, and potentially leading contingency communications.

Qualifications

Experience with management reporting to senior stakeholders.
Ability to explain complex technical topics to executives clearly.
Structured approach to improving workflows and documentation.
Interest in infosec awareness and governance.
Confidence in creating compelling presentations.

Responsibilities

Lead management reporting and all governance presentations from draft to final quality check.
Develop reporting concepts and evolve formats as management questions change.
Map and document department workflows and internal processes to keep documentation current.
Identify and drive improvements in reporting cycles and stakeholder handovers.
Contribute to training, campaigns and awareness activities across the organization.
Act as communication lead in contingency planning and during incidents.
