Tryg is seeking a Strategic Transformation Manager to lead and shape cross‑functional finance transformation initiatives within the CFO area. You will partner with senior leaders, drive structured problem solving, and deliver clear executive materials that guide decisions.

The role demands collaboration across data, systems, and processes, with a focus on governance, momentum, and development of junior colleagues.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in strategic transformation or consulting.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into clear recommendations.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
Proactive ownership mindset and ability to coach junior colleagues.
Fluency in Danish or Swedish or Norwegian and English.
Experience in finance or insurance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Shape and drive key transformation topics, bringing structure to ambiguous problems, challenging assumptions and priorities.
Drive executive decision-making, turning complex topics into clear recommendations for steering committees and the CFO/Executive Board.
Act as a trusted challenger to project managers and workstream leaders, strengthening plans and enabling momentum.
Drive stakeholder alignment and change, translating transformation decisions into clear narratives for leaders and the wider organisation.
Strengthen programme governance and transparency by connecting progress, risks, resources, costs and benefits.
Coach and develop junior colleagues to raise performance and problem-solving capabilities.
