Job summary

Adtraction Denmark, part of Adtraction, is expanding its influencer marketing footprint in Denmark. You will recruit and engage influencers to drive results on our platform, building a new vertical from the ground up.

This role targets strong Danish brands across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle and involves launching Iriz in the Danish market. You will work with premium creators and media houses, reporting to the Head of Partners, and you’ll travel for events as needed in a dynamic, fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on influencer marketing experience.
• Sales-oriented, hunter mindset with a proactive approach.
• Comfort with CRM systems (Salesforce) and affiliate tracking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Grow influencer-driven gross profit in Denmark.
• Identify, recruit, and engage new influencers and creators to drive results.
• Optimize influencer performance and help creators scale results in DK.
• Launch Iriz in the Danish market and recruit brands to Iriz.
• Build relationships with premium content creators and media houses.
• Represent Adtraction at industry events and maintain regular communication with partners.
