Job summary

Adtraction Denmark in Aarhus is looking for an Influencer Manager to grow our Danish influencer marketing business. You will recruit and engage influencers, help them deliver strong results on our platform, and build a new vertical from the ground up.

You’ll work with premium brands across beauty, fashion, food, media and lifestyle, support launching Iriz in Denmark, and collaborate with content creators and media houses for long‑term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on influencer marketing experience.
• Sales‑oriented with hunter instinct.
• Comfort with CRM systems (Salesforce) and affiliate platforms.
• Fluency in Danish and English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Grow influencer-driven gross profit in Denmark.
• Identify, recruit, and engage new influencers and content creators to drive results on the platform.
• Optimize influencer performance and help creators scale results in DK.
• Launch Iriz in the Danish market and recruit brands to Iriz.
• Build relationships with premium content creators and media houses.
• Build long-term trust through regular communication and face-to-face meetings; represent Adtraction at events.
• Track partner activity using core systems to analyze data and provide insights.
• Plan and execute extra promotional activities and seasonal e-commerce initiatives.
• Handle partnership terms to ensure mutually beneficial growth.
