Job summary

hummel Distribution Center Padborg is seeking a Team Lead to coach a busy day shift and guide a group of 4 team leaders. You will oversee about 45 hourly staff and ensure smooth cross-department operations with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

We value an outgoing, adaptable leader who takes ownership, embraces LEAN, and communicates fluently in Danish and English. Prior experience in automated warehousing and a collaborative mindset will help drive KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Outgoing attitude required.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• LEAN experience is preferred.
• Fluent in Danish and English (German is a plus).
• Independent and takes ownership of tasks.
• Able to lead and coordinate across multiple departments.
• Adaptable and quick to take on new tasks.
• Proven ability to manage and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations across all departments during the shift.
• Lead and assign various tasks.
• Allocate staff across departments.
• Hold board meetings and facilitate the boards.
• Help maintain KPIs for each department.
• Secure processes through SOPs and auditing them.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities.
