Job summary

Transport 24 Danmark ApS is seeking three experienced Team Leaders for Night Shift Operations to lead a post and operations team, ensuring safe, on-time deliveries and high service quality.

You will report to the Operations Manager and drive continuous improvement across night shift activities, coordinating with dispatch, customer service and support functions to optimize productivity and resource planning. A hands-on leader focused on people performance will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, warehousing or similar operational environment.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and multicultural workplaces.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly transport and distribution operations.
• Plan staffing, routes and resources; onboard new staff.
• Monitor delivery quality, efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate replacements during absences and holidays.
• Support recruitment and employee development with HR.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service and management teams.
