Job summary

Selskabsinfo.dk invites a qualified Advokat to join as in-house counsel in Copenhagen. The role focuses on reviewing and drafting contracts, terms of use, and other legal documents for data services and corporate information.

You will advise on regulatory compliance, data protection, and intellectual property, while assessing legal risks for products and partnerships. The successful candidate will collaborate with product, sales, and management teams to ensure legal alignment with business

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with Danish law degree and authorization to practice.
• Experience in M&A, corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and policies.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR) in a business-data context.
• Fluency in Danish and strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, terms of use, and other legal documents related to data services and corporate information.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, data protection, and IP issues; assess legal risks of products and partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and management to ensure legal alignment with business strategy.
• Monitor legislative developments and implement policies to keep the company compliant.
