Job summary

Greenpeace Nordic is seeking an Analytics Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and services that power our fundraising, campaigns, and operational insights. You will ensure the data warehouse remains robust and Civis/Tableau analytics environments are well-supported for business users.

The role emphasizes end-to-end data delivery, data quality, and collaboration with the CRM/CAI team in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with large databases.
• At least 2 years’ experience with marketing, fundraising or financial data.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with data modeling and pipeline experience.
• Experience with Civis and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical partner to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Manage end-to-end data request pipeline with timely, accurate delivery.
• Write and optimize SQL transformations for data cleaning and aggregation.
• Develop data flows moving data securely across departments.
• Identify and fix data ingestion and transformation issues.
• Maintain and enhance the data warehouse; ensure data quality.
• Administer Civis and Tableau for analytics consumption.
• Create queries for data integrity and ad-hoc data extractions.
