Job summary

Banking Circle is expanding its Core Technology Platforms team with an IAM Engineer who will lead access management initiatives across the organization. You’ll reinforce the IT Security & Networks team and report to the Head of Core Technology Platforms in Copenhagen.

The role supports IAM, PAM and IGA services, and requires strong experience with IAM processes, cloud integration, and security transformation.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with IAM products, processes, or services.
• Experience in IAM lifecycle design and technology implementation.
• Knowledge of IT security and IAM-related terminology (RBAC, SSO, MFA, JML/JIT).

Responsibilities

• Participate in Identify Lifecycle Management design and implementation.
• Design, build and maintain IAM/PAM/IGA services for SSO and MFA.
• Act as a domain and technology lead on IAM aspects.
• Provide IAM guidance to IT and business stakeholders.
• Maintain IAM documentation and processes.
• Continuously evaluate IAM services and processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead IAM activities with a cybersecurity mindset.
• Participate in cross-organizational cybersecurity initiatives.
• Assist in access management initiatives across the bank.

In this role you will get the chance to reinforce our IT Security & Networks team. You will report to the Head of Core Technology Platforms based in Copenhagen and be a part of our growing Engineering function in Europe, which supports the architecture, IT operations, development teams and the IT Security team in respect to the provision of security services towards the existing environments and future technical deliveries.

We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

• Participate in and impact the design and implementation of Identify Lifecycle Management
• Design, build and maintain IAM/PAM/IGA services and solutions for SSO and MFA
• Act as a domain and technology lead on IAM aspects
• Ensure IAM-guidance on both IT and business stakeholders
• Maintain and update documentation for all aspects related to IAM/PAM/IGA
• Continuous evaluation of the IAM services and processes
• Identify improvement opportunities within IAM space, and lead IAM activities with cybersecurity mindset
• Participate in cybersecurity enhancing activities across the bank
• Assist in cross-organizational initiatives on access management and authorization.

Things we’ll look for on your resume
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have solid experience working with IAM products, processes, or services. Preferably with experience in both IAM process and lifecycle design, as well as technology implementation and maintenance.

We expect you to have expertise within design and development of IAM processes and workflows as well as experience around implementation and maintenance of IAM/PAM/IGA services on a technical level. Basic understanding of traditional IT infrastructure architecture and relevant terms as Active Directory, EntraID, RBAC, LDAP, SSO, MFA, JML, JIT should be considered a prerequisite. It will be considered an advantage with dedicated experience of implementing IAM/PAM/IGA services in a cloud infrastructure. Strong IT security skills and the ability to improve an organizations IT security through transformation of IAM initiatives will also be considered an advantage.

As a person you are friendly and have an open-minded attitude. You would be expected to take ownership of your own tasks while also being a knowledge-sharing team-player with great communication skills as you should be expected to be involved in communicating IAM related aspects to both peers in IT as well as to business and management.
