Shine, part of Cegid, is moving its Product & Tech toward AI-native engineering. As a Senior AI Engineer you will land in the AI-native SDLC platform and work closely embedded with product teams to bring tooling and patterns into engineers' hands.

This is a senior IC role with ownership: delivering production-grade components, building eval harnesses and observability, and shaping standards while ensuring high adoption across European hubs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Hands-on AI-native engineering: agents, multi-step workflows, RAG.
• Experience with eval and observability frameworks for LLM-powered systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, incident handling and delivery pressure.
• Strong collaborative mindset and effective technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Platform components, end-to-end: Build and maintain produced platform parts with ownership and quality gates.
• Hands-on Platform Engineering (~80%): Write production code for agent infrastructure and tooling.
• Team Adoption & Pairing: Embed with product teams to introduce AI-native workflows and translate blockers into improvements.
• Working Patterns & Reference Implementations: Produce credible working examples in real repositories.
• Quality, Evals & Observability: Build eval harnesses, observability, and verification for non-deterministic systems.
• Engineering Standards & Frontier Research: Contribute to coding conventions, trust policies, and presets.
