Job summary

INVITA, part of Nobia Group, seeks an IT System Consultant to align business needs with commercial IT solutions. You will ensure reliable systems, high-quality data and effective support for sales tools and 3D design solutions.

Working with the Product Owner, you’ll improve master data landscape, catalogue data and data flows while enabling business users and suppliers. This hybrid role is based at INVITA HQ with Denmark-wide scope.

Qualifications

• Experience as a System Consultant or Application Specialist in a commercial IT environment.
• Educational background such as a Datamatiker degree, a Computer Science degree, or IT Architecture/Software Development degree.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial business processes.
• Experience with master data, catalogue data, data quality and related processes.
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows and system dependencies.
• Structured testing and problem-solving approach.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with application support and service enablement.
• Ability to collaborate across business, IT and external suppliers.
• Experience with order management systems, integrations, 3D drawing or CRM/sales tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, functional and testable requirements.
• Analyse and document commercial processes, data flows and system dependencies.
• Maintain and ensure quality of master data and catalogue data.
• Identify opportunities to improve data management, governance and quality.
• Support solution design, testing and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and improve solutions.
• Provide 2nd-level support for commercial applications.
• Enable the IT Service Desk through documentation, training and walkthroughs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes and ways of working.
