Job summary

INVITA is seeking an experienced IT System Consultant to connect business needs, systems and data for strong commercial operations. You will ensure reliable systems, data quality, and support for sales tools and 3D design solutions.

The role spans requirements, design, testing, master data and data governance in INVITA's commercial IT landscape, with a hybrid work setup and HQ in Tilst. You will collaborate with the Product Owner, maintain master/catalogue data, and provide 2nd-level support

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial business processes.
• Experience with master data, catalogue data and data quality.
• Familiarity with integrations, data flows and system dependencies.
• Structured testing, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with application support and service enablement.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, functional and testable requirements.
• Analyze and document commercial processes, system dependencies and data flows.
• Maintain and ensure quality of master data and catalogue data.
• Identify opportunities to improve data management and governance.
• Support solution design, testing and QA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to improve solutions.
• Provide 2nd-level support for commercial applications.
• Enable the IT Service Desk through documentation and training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes.
