Job summary

Danske Commodities seeks a strategic professional to bridge business opportunities and AI-enabled transformation across our organisation. You will identify, prioritise and redesign high-impact processes and value chains, guiding leaders on where AI can create measurable value and how to realise it.

You will lead analysis, collaborate with executives to build business cases, and drive adoption of AI initiatives that deliver sustainable outcomes across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience driving AI-enabled transformation and automation.
• Ability to develop business cases, define success criteria, and measure value.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and redesign of business processes and value chains for AI-enabled transformation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop business cases and measure AI value delivered.
• Facilitate workshops, value stream mapping, and process analysis across business and tech domains.
• Challenge existing workflows and identify opportunities to innovate, simplify, and scale with AI.
• Support implementation and embedding of AI solutions ensuring adoption and outcomes.
