Next Ventures is hiring an experienced D365 Finance & Operations trainer and AI adoption consultant in Denmark for a 3‑month freelance assignment on a hybrid basis. You will improve project deliverables by integrating AI tools, training consultants, and developing practical guidelines and templates for live engagements.

You will tailor content for experienced teams, measure adoption, and ensure responsible AI practices while maintaining quality and confidentiality across client work.

Qualifications

Experienced with D365 F&O project delivery and training.
Proven ability to design practical AI-assisted training for professional services.
Capable of tailoring content for seasoned consultants and project teams.

Responsibilities

Assess current D365 F&O delivery practices and outputs.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation for efficiency.
Design and deliver hands-on training sessions for consultants.
Create guidance, templates and prompts for D365 F&O activities.
Support responsible AI use in requirements analysis and design.
Help teams integrate AI into delivery methods without compromising quality.
Measure adoption and refine practices during the assignment.
Coach consultants through practical use cases and knowledge transfer.
