Next Ventures is hiring an experienced D365 Finance & Operations trainer and AI adoption consultant in Denmark for a 3‑month freelance assignment on a hybrid basis. You will improve project deliverables by integrating AI tools, training consultants, and developing practical guidelines and templates for live engagements.

You will tailor content for experienced teams, measure adoption, and ensure responsible AI practices while maintaining quality and confidentiality across client work.

FOCUS AI-enabled delivery improvement for D365 F&O; projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations trainer and AI adoption consultant to support a consultancy in Denmark. The assignment is focused on improving the efficiency, productivity and quality of D365 F&O; project deliverables by identifying practical ways to use AI tools throughout the consulting and delivery lifecycle. You will work with consultants and project teams to assess current ways of working, introduce better practices and provide hands-on training that can be applied directly to live D365 F&O; engagements.

Responsibilities

• Assess how D365 F&O; consultants currently produce project deliverables, documentation, analysis and client outputs.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve speed, consistency, quality and productivity.
• Design and deliver practical training sessions for D365 F&O; consultants and project teams.
• Create guidance, examples, templates and reusable prompts for common D365 F&O; activities.
• Support responsible use of AI for requirements analysis, functional design, documentation, test preparation, data mapping and project reporting.
• Help teams integrate AI into existing delivery methods without compromising quality, security, confidentiality or professional judgement.
• Measure adoption, gather feedback and refine training and working practices during the assignment.
• Coach consultants through hands-on use cases and support knowledge transfer.

Required experience

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations project delivery.
• Experience as a D365 F&O; consultant, trainer, delivery lead, productivity consultant or AI adoption specialist.
• Demonstrable understanding of D365 F&O; functional deliverables, including requirements, functional designs ,configuration documentation, testing and training materials.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for professional services and software delivery, including prompt design and AI-assisted documentation or analysis.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and tailor training to experienced consultants.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
• Pragmatic approach focused on measurable efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Available for a 3-month freelance assignment in Denmark on a hybrid basis.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform or other enterprise AI tools.
• Experience creating AI governance, usage guidance or responsible-AI practices.
• Previous consulting, training or enablement experience within a Microsoft Dynamics partner environment.
• Understanding of D365 F&O; implementation methodologies and project quality standards.
