Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a large-scale 400 kV GIS substation project in Denmark. The role leads technical execution across design, installation and commissioning, coordinating seven to ten discipline leads.

You will liaise with customers and a global project team, driving planning, risk management and interface alignment to meet demanding milestones. The position requires a technical degree and at least five years of experience in HV substations or relevant

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams and coordinating engineering disciplines within power transmission, substations or large infrastructure projects.
Fluent English; Danish is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical execution of a complex high-voltage substation project from design through installation and commissioning.
Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of 7-10 discipline leads and engineering specialists, ensuring timely, quality delivery.
Drive technical planning with a clear work breakdown, milestones, and interface alignment across work packages.
Act as the primary escalation point for technical challenges and present solutions to the customer.
Participate in customer meetings and technical workshops, collaborating with project management, site management, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, employer requirements and contractual obligations, supporting design reviews.
