Hitachi Energy Denmark A/S seeks a Country HSE Specialist to support Danish projects in the Nordic OU. You will drive HSE documentation, risk management, and continuous improvement across lifecycle stages, interfacing with project teams, customers and contractors.
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ISO 45001/14001 awareness, and fluency in English and Danish. Flexible within Middelfart or Ballerup, with on-site work.
We are looking for a Country HSE Specialist to join our HSE Team in Middlefart or Ballerup. In this role, you will support our Danish projects in the Nordic Operation Unit (OU) and focus on the HSE tasks in the HSE department and throughout the project’s life cycle. You will be ensuring that the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance are documented, monitored and maintained. You will also be driving continuous improvement in all areas of HSE.
The PGGI Nordic OU HSE Team is a network of experienced health, safety and environmental professionals supporting the delivery of complex construction, energy and industrial projects across Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
We support highly skilled site teams in delivering world-class projects through professionalism, quality and operational excellence, creating environments where safety is the natural outcome of doing the job right. Working closely with project management, customers and contractors, we provide expertise and practical support throughout the project lifecycle.
