Job summary

Leap29 is supporting a large-scale data centre project in Fredericia, Denmark. We seek experienced HSE Advisors and HSE Managers to join the project team on a contract basis, ensuring health and safety across active construction, installation and fit-out activities.

Ideal candidates have data centre or mission-critical project experience and hold NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications. On-site roles expect collaboration with project teams and subcontractors in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Construction exposure on data centre projects is highly desirable.

Leap29 is supporting the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Fredericia, Denmark. We are looking for experienced HSE Advisors and HSE Managers to join the project team on a contract basis.

The position will support health and safety across active construction, installation and fit-out activities, working closely with project teams, contractors and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment throughout delivery.

We are interested in candidates with previous experience working on Data Centre, Mission Critical or other large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HSE activities across the construction site
• Carry out site inspections, safety walks and HSE audits
• Review RAMS and ensure works are being completed in line with agreed safety procedures
• Monitor construction, installation and fit-out activities across the project
• Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to identify and manage site risks
• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Support incident and near-miss investigations, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain HSE documentation and support project safety reporting
• Monitor compliance with project requirements and applicable HSE regulations
• Participate in safety meetings and communicate issues to the wider project team
• Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the project

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HSE Advisor, HSE Manager, EHS Advisor, EHS Manager or similar
• Strong HSE experience within construction/project delivery
• Previous Data Centre or Mission Critical experience is highly desirable
• Experience supporting construction, installation or fit-out activities
• Experience with RAMS, site inspections, audits and incident investigation
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors on active construction sites
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or equivalent
• Good understanding of European/Danish construction HSE requirements
• Danish language skills are advantageous but not essential
• Comfortable working on-site in Fredericia
