Job summary

Leap29 is supporting a large-scale data centre project in Fredericia, Denmark. We seek experienced HSE Advisors and HSE Managers to join the project team on a contract basis, ensuring health and safety across active construction, installation and fit-out activities.

Ideal candidates have data centre or mission-critical project experience and hold NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications. On-site roles expect collaboration with project teams and subcontractors in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience with RAMS reviews, site inspections and incident investigations.
• Construction exposure on data centre projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HSE activities across the construction site.
• Carry out site inspections, safety walks and HSE audits.
• Review RAMS and ensure works align with safety procedures.
• Monitor construction, installation and fit-out activities.
• Work with contractors to identify and manage site risks.
