Job summary

Belden Inc. is seeking an accomplished HRIS Analyst to configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors across Succession & Development and related modules.

You will partner with HR stakeholders globally to translate requirements into scalable system solutions, maintain data integrity, and support deployments and reporting. This role sits within the HR Technology team and emphasizes automation and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or related field.
5+ years configuring SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development plus other modules such as Employee Central or Reporting.
Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes.
Experience with business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, and MDF Objects; familiarity with integrations/APIs.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize SuccessFactors modules including Succession & Development, Employee Central, Recruiting, and Reporting.
Configure and support functionalities such as talent pools, calibration sessions, career development plans, succession nominations, workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions.
Maintain data models including HRIS elements, Foundation Objects, and MDF Objects; support lifecycle processes from hiring to terminations.
Configure recruiting components such as requisitions, candidate applications, offer letters, and interview workflows.
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to translate business requirements into system solutions.
