As a Senior Solution Architect, you will help clients and teams make sense of complex HRIS landscapes and turn business ambitions into a clear, shared solution direction.

Success in this role is not about knowing every technical detail yourself, but about understanding needs, asking the right questions, involving the right expertise and communicating options in a way that helps people align.

Drawing on your understanding of HR processes, systems, integrations, data and technology choices, you will create pragmatic architectures and help move solutions from concept to delivery.

Experience with defining end-to-end solution direction

In this role, you will need your ability to listen, ask insightful questions, structure complexity and help clients, consultants and technical specialists align around a common solution direction. This also entails explaining complex systems, architectures and technologies clearly to non‑technical stakeholders, while engaging credibly with technical specialists. Moreover, you will need your skills in building trusted networks across clients, consultants, architects, integration specialists, and partners. But you also have to be comfortable working independently, structuring ambiguous topics, taking initiative and driving architecture decisions through to practical outcomes.

Finally, we know nobody is perfect, but we hope you are open to travel and work on diverse projects within the Nordics and we imagine that you may have some of the following skills:

• Strong ability to define end-to-end solution direction, architecture principles and technology choices that are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with business needs.
• An understanding of technology combined with strong business insight, with the ability to connect strategy, processes, architecture and practical delivery.
• Experience with HRIS implementations in complex, international landscapes involving multiple systems, integrations, data flows and stakeholder groups
• Knowledge of SAP products and technologies, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP solutions, is highly regarded.
• Knowledge-seeking and committed to staying current with evolving HR technologies, architecture practices and SAP developments.
• Fluency in English is required, with additional languages, especially a Scandinavian one, being a plus.
• The role can be based in any Nordic country, with the expectation that you are within practical daily commuting distance of one of our local offices.
