Job summary

Shaping New Tomorrow is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to cover maternity leave for ~1 year. The role focuses on best-in-class people administration, data integrity, and efficient HR service delivery within a collaborative team in Denmark.

You will manage HR systems (HiBob, Teamtailor), handle contracts, recruitment, and employee lifecycle tasks while contributing to HR initiatives and social events. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Tech-savvy with strong data discipline and attention to detail.
• Experience with TT38 Talent Test preferred.
• Fluent in Danish and English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Becoming the super-user of our HR systems (HiBob & Teamtailor), ensuring compliant, effective, and accurate employee data management.
• Managing employee documentation, including drafting standard employment contracts and contract addendums.
• Handling TT38 feedback dialogues.
• Overseeing recruitment processes from posting to selection.
• Writing and posting job advertisements.
• Managing on- and offboarding tasks and procedures for employees.
• Supporting annual HR activities (performance reviews, engagement surveys, salary adjustments).
• Overseeing the Social Shaper Squad, planning, organizing and executing social events.
