Job summary

Radiometer, part of Danaher, seeks a Labor Relations Specialist to support Danish labor relations and employee relations across the Danish organization. The role is based at our Brønshøj headquarters and reports to the Senior Manager, HR Site Denmark.

You will advise managers and HR Business Partners on Danish labor law, collective agreements, local policies, and employee relations matters. The position is a 9-month maternity cover.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Danish labor law and employee relations.
• Experience with collective bargaining and local agreements.
• Fluency in Danish and English, strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers, HRBPs, and employees on labor law, agreements, and workplace matters.
• Partner with employee representatives and act as secretary to the Danish Works Council.
• Support negotiations, implementation, and administration of agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Danish labor regulations and company policies.
• Manage employee relations cases and support HR projects related to regulatory changes.
