Job summary

JYSK is seeking an experienced HR Manager to elevate our people strategy and lead the Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and ensure we remain employees’ and customers’ first choice guided by JYSK values.

You will report to the HR Director at Head Office and play a key role in building high-performing teams across the organisation. The role offers scope for growth in an international company with value-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in a global environment.
• Business-minded with ability to understand current and future needs.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and challenge them constructively.
• Own area of responsibility and foster growth in others.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted HR partner to the business.
• Drive leadership and specialist development, training and coaching initiatives.
• Partner with leaders on performance management.
• Identify, develop and retain internal talent.

• Ensure HR policies, tools and KPIs support a strong workplace.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the organisation.
