Job summary

JYSK is seeking an accomplished HR Manager at our Head Office to lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team while acting as a trusted HR partner across key business areas. You will work closely with the HR Director and managers to drive leadership development and effective employee relations.

You will shape people strategies in a value-driven, international environment, deliver impactful HR initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of performance and development within the team and

Qualifications

• Solid experience as Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager/TA Manager or in a similar role.
• Global environment experience preferred.
• Business-minded with ability to align people strategies with business needs.
• Ownership and accountability for own area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR partner
• Drive leadership and specialist development, training and coaching initiatives
• Partner with leaders on performance management
• Identify, develop and retain internal talent
• Advise managers on employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Ensure HR policies, tools and KPIs while supporting a strong workplace
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the organisation
• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team
• Empower team members and assign clear ownership
• Set expectations and monitor results
• Ensure collaboration between TA, HR Business Partners and hiring managers
• Deliver a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience
• Use recruitment insights to identify opportunities for improvement
