Job summary

Bonzer, a specialist SEO agency, seeks an HR professional to run day‑to‑day people operations across Denmark, Sweden and Norway from our Copenhagen hub. You’ll own recruitment, onboarding, contracts, vacation and leave, and be the trusted contact for colleagues and managers across three markets.

You'll build on our handbook and framework, streamline HR admin (HiBob), support payroll and statutory leave, and ensure labor-law compliance.

• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

We're looking for someone to run HR day to day across all three markets – and to grow with the role as Bonzer grows.

The role

HR at Bonzer is deliberately small, so this role carries real responsibility from day one: you're not the assistant to an HR department, you're the one making it run. Recruitment, onboarding, contracts, vacation and leave – across Denmark, Sweden and Norway – with real trust and a direct line to our CEO, Ulrich Svarrer.

You won't be inventing anything from scratch. Our foundation is in place: a written handbook, clear values we hire and grow people against, and a performance framework that already works. Your job is to make it all run smoothly in practice – every hire, every onboarding, every process.

What you'll do

• Recruitment & onboarding – coordinate hiring end to end: job posts, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and an onboarding that makes new colleagues feel at home fast.

• HR administration – employment contracts, employee records, and our HR system (HiBob), kept accurate across three countries.

• Salary, vacation & leave – support payroll, and administer vacation, parental leave and absence correctly in each market.

• Employee relations – be a friendly, trusted first point of contact for HR questions from colleagues and managers.

What we're looking for

• A background in HR, business administration or similar – recently finished studies with some HR exposure is a great starting point.

• Strong organizational skills and follow-through: lots of moving parts, and you're the one keeping them straight.

• A working understanding of HR and labor law in at least one Scandinavian country, and the curiosity to learn the other two.

• Empathetic and approachable – people should find it easy to come to you.

• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
