Roberta’s Society in Aarhus is seeking a passionate and dedicated Public Area Housekeeper Supervisor to join our team for a maternity cover. You will supervise the cleaning and presentation of our public spaces while supporting the housekeeping team with guest rooms when needed to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

This full-time maternity cover role runs for 9 months with the possibility of a permanent position depending on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of all public areas, ensuring high standard throughout the day.
• Lead, support, and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Carry out quality checks and provide coaching to team members as needed.
• Ensure cleaning procedures, health & safety guidelines, and company standards are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Public Area Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our public spaces while also supporting the housekeeping team with guest rooms when needed. Your work will play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every guest who stays with us.

Position Details

Job Title: Public Area Housekeeper Supervisor

Location: Roberta’s Society, Møllegade 3A, 8000 Aarhus

Working time: 5 days a week, mix of weekends and weekdays, starting time is at 5:00 until 13:30

Position: full-time Maternity cover (9 months contract), with the possibility of a permanent position depending on business needs and performance

Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Public Area Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness while leading and supporting the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all public areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standard. You will help ensure that all work is completed efficiently and in line with our quality standards. Working closely with your colleagues and other departments, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering an excellent experience for our guests.

• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Is flexible and able to adapt to changing operational needs.
