Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Hotel Concierge in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
