Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide patients at home a suite of services including Medical Device installation and training.
• Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and hospitals according to local regulations.
• Train the patient in the use of equipment according to regulations.
• Provide feedback to the prescriber on patient autonomy, follow-up and adherence.
• Ensure patient and prescriber satisfaction as part of treatment follow-up.
• Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance.
