Job summary

Gubra A/S in Denmark is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support peptide synthesis and purification in a high-throughput chemistry team. You will work closely with Scientists and fellow Technicians to deliver high-quality peptides essential for drug discovery programs.

You will contribute to automated workflows, perform peptide analyses (UPLC-MS, RP-HPLC), and help digitalize workflows across systems, while maintaining accurate data records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certified laboratory technician with hands-on peptide synthesis experience.
• Experience with automated synthesis and solid-phase synthesis is required.
• Knowledge of HPLC systems and peptide purification expected.
• Strong data handling, documentation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support automated SPPS and peptide purification workflows.
• Perform RP-HPLC purification and characterization of peptides.
• Analyze peptides by UPLC-MS and UPLC-CAD.
• Handle data and document results in digital systems.
• Maintain instruments and contribute to high-throughput processes.
