Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Måløv, Denmark seeks a Laboratory Technician in Purification Research. You will contribute to delivering purified recombinant proteins and peptides for research projects, joining a task force focused on tool proteins for project advancement and drug candidate discovery.

You will perform purification, analytical tests, data interpretation, and collaborate with scientists to ensure timely protein deliveries, while evolving your technical skills in a dynamic TD environment.

Qualifications

Education as Laboratory Technician with experience in protein purification.
Experience with preparative column chromatography.
Hands on experience with ÄKTA purification systems and Unicorn control software.
Experience with basic analytical methods including SE-UPLC/RP-UPLC/LC-MS and data analysis.
Prior experience with multiple different molecular formats is an advantage.
Ability to take on digital challenges, systems, software and use of AI is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills to support collaborations.
Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Executing protein purification activities.
Performing analytical experiments and contributing to data interpretation.
Documenting experimental work accurately in electronic laboratory notebooks.
Maintain purification and analysis equipment.
Collaborating with scientists and colleagues to support protein deliveries.
Work hands-on in the laboratory while building expertise and contributing to team deliverables.
