Qualifications

• Education as Laboratory Technician with protein purification experience.
• Experience with preparative chromatography and purification workflows.
• Familiarity with ÄKTA systems and Unicorn software.
• Experience with SE-UPLC/RP-UPLC/LC-MS and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute protein purification from lab-scale to multigram scale.
• Perform analytical experiments and data interpretation.
• Document experimental work in electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Maintain purification and analysis equipment.
