Job summary

Vitrolife Group is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician in Aarhus to deliver high-quality technical and functional support for eBase and eWitness. You will troubleshoot incidents after go-live and ensure our solutions run reliably every day.

The role requires a solid IT background, database understanding, and a passion for helping customers and colleagues. Based in Aarhus, you’ll join a local team of five.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years in technical support for enterprise or SaaS software.
• Solid understanding of database architecture with hands-on SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Java/Apache Tomcat.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
• Fluent English and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-, second-, and third-line support for eWitness and eBase.
• Analyze, triage, and resolve incidents using logs and SQL queries.
• Become a product expert in the Servoy-based eBase and eWitness architecture.
• Reproduce and document defects; escalate to Development with clear reports.
• Guide customers remotely and maintain the knowledge base.
• Participate in the 24/7 support phone cover for Vitrolife Technology products.
